The service tech Logan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He serviced my 18 year old HVAC system and laid out option's for its continued operation. This was my first time dealing with Miller's and I was pleased with the repairs and service. Additionally, the front office personal I spoke to were also friendly and efficient. I was informed of my techs visit and service confirmation. Thank you. ☆☆☆☆☆☆(March 2025) This is an updated review as two HVAC units were in need of replacement due to age, wear, noise and cracked exchangers. Jeremy and Chaise replaced the units. A 2.5 and 3 ton complete with furnaces. Each unit was completed in less than a day. They were thorough and meticulous with the removal and replacement as well as the additional register that was needed for proper flow. The work looks great, the systems run perfectly and they cleaned up afterwards. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The extra effort ensured that my system not only ran well but also looked good. As a side note, the Rudd HVACs are super quiet, which really was a nice change from my decades old unit. Thank you to you and your team.

We had a great experience with Miller's. Eric spent a lot of time walking us through our options for our HVAC and boiler. I felt like he truly cared about our budget, wants and needs.Then, Brian and Aries did an excellent job on our boiler install. They were super communicative, professional and helpful! They even provided is with space heaters during the installation.Miller's even drained and removed our old oil tank for us.I really feel that Miller's wanted us to be informed and comfortable with everything! I trusted everyone we worked with and I'm so happy with our new system.

Our system stopped working yesterday morning. The service team was super fast and extremely nice in creating an appointment at exactly 8am this morning. Dean was at our house by 10:15 am, diagnosed that it was the thermostat and had it replaced within an hour. With snow on the way, this was the least amount of stress we have ever experience with any kind of emergency maintenance. Great job, Dean and team!

Wonderful service! Our technician was calm, courteous and very capable. He worked fast to replace the defrost board in our heat pump, and gave the entire system a checkup. We are nice and warm now! Thanks a bunch!

Our service representative was polite and professional. Upon entering our home, he put shoe covers on which I appreciate it. He gave us his professional opinions on our problem and gave us several options to choose from we appreciate it how thorough he was, and he didn’t push a particular membership package, but allowed us to weigh our options.

We just had Chris and Brian from Miller's in our home for almost 8 hours a day, Mon-Fri. They relocated a surprise pipe we found during our kitchen renovation, rerouted some other kitchen piping, set up my washer and dryer in my garage, installed a wash/mop sink in the garage, ran a gas line to my kitchen, and then Leonard from Miller's also ran the 240 electrical needed for the dryer to the garage. They went above and beyond what we asked for, were completely and totally professional the entire time they were here, and treated my home like it was their own. The entire experience left us feeling really well cared for and very glad that we chose them. We will use no one else as we continue to update our home.

Miller did there best to get our furnace working in a timely manner. We are grateful for getting our heat and hot water back on this cold winter day. John the Technician was friendly and professional. He explained everything and was through. He made sure I understood what was being done.

Miller's Heating and Air came out to look at my 3 ton Gas Pack unit that had stopped working during our coldest temps. They indicated my 19 yr old unit was done and it was time to replace it. The service tech called a field supervisor Eric Garner and he came to see us within minutes. Eric gave us a reasonable quote and assured us we could have a new unit installed the next day. Sure enough two technicians, Brian and Aries, showed up and began tearing down my existing unit. The new unit arrived and they went to work. The temp outside was brutally cold but they busted their butt's to complete the job in a timely manner. They were very polite, thorough and cleaned up all the debris around the unit upon completion. When they were done and probably frozen to the bone, Brian took the time to show me the unit in great detail and answered all my questions. I am extremely happy with this project and commend Miller's company for sending Brian and Aries to install my new unit. Thank you Miller's for an outstanding job and for providing heat to my home so expeditiously. I will recommend Miller's to everyone looking for climate control work.

Have never had a better experience with an HVAC company. Jay was my technician and was incredibly detailed and informative in letting me know what was wrong with my system. He was also professional, courteous about being neat and made sure I was understanding things every step of the way. This company even provides you with pictures and videos on your invoice. Will only be working with Miller’s and Jay from here on out.

Excellent service! Brian and his partner (I think his name is Adrian but not sure of the spelling) started on Friday and ensured me my home would have heat by day’s end. They were not wrong. They are very courteous and professional. I would recommend these gentlemen to anybody in my neighborhood.

We have an older oil heat boiler and ultimately it was determined it needed a whole new burner mechanism. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The service staff at the office was friendly, helpful, and kept us up to date with progress phone calls and texts. John handled the inspection, analysis, and replacement. He was friendly, very very knowledgeable and offered several options for repair. Overall just a very positive experience.

The Millers team has been stellar all the way through. Matt came over and gave a good a very knowledgeable and fair estimate of my system and duct work. He gave me a bunch of options and was in contact every step of the way.Day of installation, the team came out after giving me notice and were professional and courteous the entire day. I write this as I enjoy my nicely heated house! Great all around experience, they were able to come out quickly and complete the service in about an hour to have my heating system up and running. My technician was very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked. He also triple checked everything to make sure it was working properly!Great experience, I will continue to use Millers!
