I had a fantastic experience with Miller’s Home Comfort from start to finish. After the oil furnace in my older Norfolk home broke, Nate walked me through the benefits of switching to a modern HVAC and mini-split system rather than sticking with oil. The installation team, Mike Banko and Caleb, were outstanding; they navigated the challenges of an older home with ease and finished right on schedule. To top it off, Wayne the delivery driver was incredibly courteous and helped transfer my remaining oil to a neighbor. Huge thanks to the entire team for their professionalism and top-tier service!

Just wanted to give Lenard Johnson a "shout out." Lenard came out 1-27-2026 to service our whole house generator. Skilled and knowledgeable. Did a great job! Not nearly as impressed with the scheduling staff. That's a whole other story.

We recently switched to Miller's for our annual HVAC inspections/maintenance. We had our first appointment today and our technician, Dean, knocked it out of the park. Within the first five minutes, Dean pointed out several things that our previous company *never* mentioned. He made recommendations, explained his reasons and was super approachable. I was hesitant to change companies- our previous one didn't do anything "wrong" but in hindsight, we never saw this level of thoroughness/insight. Glad we may the switch and super grateful Dean was our first experience to Miller's.

Milliers Heating and Cooling was extremely professional from start to finish. Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and explain the different products they had to offer. The team that came out made sure the job was done right and kept us updated with everything they were doing. Their pricing was fair and transparent. Had an old oil boiler, A/C and air handler replaced with a water heater, updated A/C, and heat pump. It’s clear they know their work and take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend Milliers Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality service.

The Technician, Michael, was very knowledgeable and informative, answering any questions I had. Too, he was very respectful of property, and polite. My Invoice, however, contained a duplicate charge of $280.98. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service provided for my HVAC System, which is now 14 years old. ...Later: I was called by Miller's and it was explained that there were TWO Surge-protectors installed...that was the double charge...I'd not understood that because the verbal reference was always in the Singular: Surge-Protector. A mis-understanding.

I am a landlord and my tenant had a concern about the oil level getting low, so I called Miller oil and Tabatha was absolutely wonderful and make sure the automatic delivery was scheduled for today. In fact the oil was delivered within an hour of my calling unfortunately my tenant had turned the unit off and it was not turning back on. So I told him to hit hit the reset button After turning the unit back on nothing happened that’s when I called Miller oil back and asked for them to send out a technician as the nozzle could have been clogged or something to that nature and Luna was very congenial and professional, and I got a technician out within a few hours And it ended up being a simple fix now my tenants are happy. I am happy thank you Miller oil service personnel

Mike was the service man that came to my house today. Couldn’t have been happier. If you hire this company ask for him. He is a No BS man, was honest, respectful, very informative and knowledgeable. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him! The lady that answered the phone, sorry I don’t remember your name. You were awesome and very friendly. I talked to 10 people today. She was very professional and was able to schedule and accommodate my same day appointment. My whole experience with this company so far has been amazing. They are coming back tomorrow for an estimate that I requested. I called them out to inspect a gas boiler that is at least 30 years old.

Dean Scott is the service technician who came out to service my NEW heating system when the heat was not working properly on one of the coldest days of this year. He came out and assisted with providing temporary heating until the ice on the system melted. Dean returned on time as promised and fixed the system. It has been working fine ever since. He will return to ensure the AC is installed and working properly as well. I am GRATEFUL to have had him assist in a time of need. He was very respectful and patient. He understood my concerns and was willing to work with me to ensure I was comfortable with the room temperature after completion of the service. Miller's need more technicians like Dean. KUDOS to Dean Scott!!!!!

Although I am a longtime customer of Millers, I've only had the technician who came today, Michael, for the last two visits. I find him to be thorough, knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining and sharing information. Last time, he took pictures of my entire system and sent them to me. Both times he let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, and was thorough in his work and polite in his interactions with me.

They are excellent!!! From calling them with questions and concerns i had with my unit, then scheduling service for guy to check it. He saw the notes she left too. He did amazing with checking the unit, answering my questions. It was great! Now I have peace of mind knowing my system is good. I highly recommend Miller's

First of all the customer service was so nice from the office to the salesmen to the installers. Everybody made us feel like they knew us. We were very comfortable talking to them and asking questions when necessary. The installers were great. They were on time and kept moving the whole time. Awesome workers that any company would appreciate having. The workers can make or brake a company’s reputation. They even left me a number to call if I needed help, or to answer a question. I guess you can see that we were totally pleased.

I called to get my heatpump checked out and the dispatcher sent out Roddy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He wasted no time getting right to work. He was very thorough and checked every part of my system and explained all the results as he ran the diagnostics. I felt very confident Roddy would give me the correct recommendations for my system. After speaking with Roddy, I purchased a Maintenance Plan at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Roddy and Millers for HVAC service.

Hired Miller’s to remove our old oil furnace, install a hot water heater, and replace the hvac system including ductwork. The techs removed the oil’s furnace and installed the hot water heater on Wednesday. In the process our garage had gotten flooded. My husband managed to remove most of the water but some items and furniture got wet. We still don’t have hot water also, it’s been almost 48 hrs since the install. Currently waiting for a call back from the office about getting a service technician. At the beginning of this process, I had high hopes within 12 hours of discovering that our furnace had to be replaced, we had a signed agreement for a completely new system. Now 9 days later, I still don’t have hot water and heat. Update: Millers sent out a tech the same day I called, the tech, TJ replaced the thermostat and heating elements that were damaged in the hot water heater when it was installed. This week, Miller’s sent two installers, Everett and Philip, for the hvac/ duct replacement. They are such a great team and made sure the install was a flawless experience. Philip even made a point to introduce himself to our dog, it helped calm our dog for remaining install days. Everett turned installing duct work into an art form. Beautiful work!

Everyone was very professional, very educated, explained everything to a tee, and even provided pictures. All pictures were even sent to me for my records. The process of getting a new unit (heating and cooling) was so smooth and easy, it was fantastic. They had no issues adding the coupon prices, we're very clear about what I needed for my home, and didn't try to upsell anything like salesmen usually do. When I had questions they had answers, when I asked for extra HEPA filters for severe allergies they were able to provide an addition to the system for minimal cost. The fact that I was not pushed into purchasing a system I did not need was a welcome change and one that made me trust them even more. The install was much smoother than expected, quick, and relatively painless. The whole unit replacement took one day, including bringing the entire unit up to code from the 1980s. Considering the people my home warranty sent just weeks prior, I cannot recommend Miller's enough! If I had known it was going to be this smooth and easy to get things fixed, I would have gone to them first. I talked to various people including contractors in other areas in order to make sure I use somebody reputable and not someone with inflated references, and I can honestly say I will never use anyone else for my heating and cooling system. Miller's has made me and my family lifelong customers! I cannot speak highly enough about all of the individuals that I had the pleasure of interacting with from the first review of my system to the final install. Thank you everyone.

What a phenomenal service experience! Will showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and demonstrated exceptional HVAC knowledge. Will's inspection was extremely thorough, and he took the time to answer all my questions. Make Will the front man for customer-facing service and watch your business grow and grow! Matter of fact, when Miller's returns the only person I want touching my HVAC is Will. He's that good! Very rarely do I sing such high praise, but this man is passionate about his work - and it shows. He has my highest, personal recommendation, and I will make sure all my friends and family have him on speed dial! Give Will a promotion - TODAY!

Savy was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and relatable. If we continue to do business with you all, I will request that he be the one to service our contract. He seemed honest and trustworthy, and not focused on just upselling us by laying out all of the options. He gave repair options along with his recommendation for system replacement which demonstrated an understanding of the economic stressors we all face these days. It is folks like home that create a good brand image for your company and inspire loyalty from your customers.

Man where can I start! From the initial meeting from the field tech that came out Eric, they made this whole process very easy and stress free. I got an entirely new HVAC system put in my house and water heater as well, and the pricing compared to other companies, it simply can’t be beat! The two techs Mike and Caleb that worked on my house were phenomenal and talked me through everything they were doing and answered any questions I had as well. They were very friendly and amazing at their jobs, and always gave enough time notice of when they were coming in the morning to work. This company is amazing, and I’m very glad I heard the commercials on the radio that helped draw my attention to them. 100% would recommend for anyone!

I recently had four outlets replaced due to age, and I was pleased with the quality of the work. However, when scheduling the appointment, the service request didn’t clearly prompt for specific materials like an outlet cover or an extra outlet—both of which I forgot to purchase beforehand. As a result, the electrician arrived without the necessary items. To improve this process, I suggest enhancing the information-gathering step during scheduling. Ensuring staff ask detailed questions about the required materials would help technicians arrive fully prepared and avoid disruptions. That way, time isn't wasted on-site, and the crew can remain efficient and focused on serving more customers.

I’m a new client with Miller’s Heating & Cooling, and I’ve been blown away by their service. I contacted them about a ductwork issue, and they quickly provided an estimate and scheduled the work for a few days later. Adrian and Marquise showed up on time and were supposed to complete the project in three days, which meant no A/C downstairs the entire time (in the middle of summer). Instead, they worked a 12+ hour day, knocked the whole job out in one day, and didn’t leave until the sun went down. They were respectful to my family, had great attitudes the entire time, and did excellent work. These are the kind of employees any company would be lucky to have. I highly recommend Miller’s Heating & Cooling.

The install crews customer service was outstanding. They were happy to answer all my last minute questions and went strait to work. My family's home never felt so comfortable. Thanks Miller's!

J and Brice were excellent. They kept us informed throughout the process. Went the extra mile cleaning and wearing shoe covers when coming inside. Super professional installation. Showed me all the different components and explained what i am supposed to expect. Made sure all my questions were answered. GIVE THEM BOTH A RAISE.

**This Review is only for my installers** Bryce and Jacob were my installers for my new AC unit, and they were fantastic. Both were professional and very thoughtful throughout the entire process. They took their time with the work to ensure everything was running smoothly. I hope the rest of my journey with Miller's will be as smooth as today.

I’m so lucky to have found Miller’s Home Comfort! I’m very impressed with their professionalism and excellent style of personal customer service. How refreshing it is to be able to effectively communicate with a company, when a major system in the house is failing! I usually get put on hold or told that other people’s problems are more critical than mine or which is the worst…be connected to a chat bot that cannot answer questions adequately. Miller’s gets it! They utilize technology seamlessly and provide personal and informative options to handle the crisis. Everyone did exactly what they said they could do, from booking the appointments, arriving on time, respecting our property and explaining what was going on! Michael explained all repair work, fixed only what was pertinent, and answered ALL of my questions. He did what we could do to keep us going until Aaron could come back to get us on the schedule for a new HVAC system which we absolutely needed. Aaron collected the data, presented it, and made our decision an easy one. He spent time with us, wasn’t in a rush, and had an excellent understanding of our particular system. Thank you Miller’s for caring about my family. What a breath of fresh air!!!

Joshua was a pleasure to do business with. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired my air conditioner concern that are now working great. From start to finish, the professionals at Miller’s exceeded my expectations. Aaron Brunson met up with me initially to inspect my current setup and provided detailed steps on what to expect. He presented me with great options, and I felt like he was honest and transparent throughout our meeting. A week later, Everett Hutton and Philip Jordan got to my house on time and were enthusiastic to get it started. Everything was complete in less than 8 hours, and they cleaned up and explained everything to me. I feel like for what Miller’s provides, it’s definitely worth the investment. I highly recommend this company!
