Michael was our Tech and he took the time to understand the problem we had. He diagnosed the issue and was able to repair it fast. He laid out future options without pushing expensive repairs or replacements. We really appreciated his professionalism and down to earth way of explaining each of his steps. Thank you so much!

I was very impressed with the amount of communication leading up to our service visit. I cannot count the number of times I have waited on a tradesperson who was a no show and never called.I was not present for the service call, my wife was.I got a call from Mike with a concise detailed report of the problems without AC.Repairs were made quickly and competently.I got recommendations for other improvements.I am very pleased and impressed.

Great experience on initial contact with Aaron! Unfortunately, my 22+ year Carrier System was not cost effective to repair and I’m opting to replace the system. Miller’s has been excellent to do business with! No pushy sales just problem solving experts.

Logan was our tech and was awesome! Super thorough job and explained everything so we understood what was going on. Even pointed out some minor things that may prevent issues in the future. Would highly recommend Miller’s. They were able to come out next day to restore my AC after power outage.

Our service technician Brad was very knowledgeable. He was professional and courteous. Provided us with all information and pricing for the work that needs to be done. Gave us several options and emailed them to us so that we can discuss before having the work done. Overall very satisfied with Miller’s at this time.

We had an outstanding experience with Miller's Heating and Air Conditioning, thanks to Aaron! He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and clearly knows his stuff. Our AC unit is getting up there in years, and we were worried about being pressured into buying a new one. But Aaron took the time to explain all our options and was able to fix the problem without any upselling. We’ve been cool and comfortable ever since. I have to first say that we have been customers of Miller's Energy for 20 years so we have had prior experience with the company.When we returned home Monday evening after a weekend away, the inside of our house was 86 degrees. Our current unit was 15 years old so I had kind of been expecting something to happen sooner than later. Called Tues AM and technician Jay was at our house mid-morning. He diagnosed a bad compressor along with some other issues, and gave us estimates for repair. Very nice guy, and very professional and knowledgeable. We declined repair, and Roberto was at our house early afternoon to discuss replacement. He was a very pleasant gentleman, very professional, and not at all high pressure which I appreciate. After a bit of negotiating with plenty of time for discussion and questions, we signed for the new heat pump and are expecting install next mid-week. In the meantime we happily accepted the courtesy portable AC unit which was delivered and installed before the end of the day. You can't ask for much better service than that.

The service tech Logan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He serviced my 18 year old HVAC system and laid out option's for its continued operation. This was my first time dealing with Miller's and I was pleased with the repairs and service. Additionally, the front office personal I spoke to were also friendly and efficient. I was informed of my techs visit and service confirmation. Thank you.

I called because our AC was blowing hot air. Millers set an appointment for two days after I called, which I thought was pretty good considering it was the middle of summer. I got a call the next day saying they had an opening today and asked if they could come out early. Dean came out and did a fantastic job fixing our compressor and stayed to ensure the house was cooling before leaving. He was professional and friendly. I was very impressed with Millers and I just signed up for their maintenance plan.

So, after having an issue with the ac, i can wholeheartedly say that the personnel at Millers are some of the best in the business. In the past, other companies would not address the cause of the problem and would immediately seek to sell me a new ac. My technician today, Mr. Aaron Brunson was nothing short of amazing in that rather than sell me a new ac, he repaired one that is 17 yrs old. He recommended getting a new one when my other projects were finished and said that he would get that one up and running. Hands down best professionalism I've seen from a technician in a long time. There is only one company I will go with from now on, thanks for everything Aaron!

This is a wonderful company to deal with. Communication at every step. Getting the part I needed for my a/c repair didn't take weeks or days. As soon as it arrived, I was notified and set up for an appt the same day. They all truly go out of their way to help. From the office staff, the techs, well to be honest, everyone I spoke with. Great job. I highly recommend.

Chase Ayers really helped us out by getting us an appointment for a technician a day after our air conditioning went out. This was so important to us because my husband has MS and can barely walk when it is extremely hot out like it is now, in the 90’s. The technician, Logan, was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He even carried dog treats in his truck and gave our dog one. Thank you Millers for fixing our air at a very crucial time. We really appreciate all of you.

We recently had issues with one of our Air conditioning units and contacted Millers on a Saturday. I was able to get someone on the phone without a problem and got the appointment scheduled quickly. The tech, Justin, came out to the house and was very knowledgeable and was very thorough with his diagnosis. The field supervisor, Ryan, came by quickly after that and was very thorough with looking at our current system set up and giving several different options to fix the problem. We replaced the broken system and the installer (Brian) was very thorough with the installation and going over things with us throughout the process. Everyone was very courteous and professional and was excellent in their communication throughout the process. I highly recommend Millers for any of your HVAC needs!

I didn't give a 5-star because it's too early to tell if the maintenance service would actually improve the efficiency or extend the life of my two units. I smaller unit, which is for the second floor, was low on freon. I had to pay around $450 to refill. My house was comfortable at 75 degrees settings for both floors with a 4100+ square foot home. Saturday's power utilization was 109 kilowatt, which is the most this season. Let's see how it does this summer, and I'll try to give an update. Also, the bigger unit is at least 16 years old. I can't remember the service technician's name but he is very nice and polite. He was informative and made sure to answer all my questions. I would give him a 5 for that and being diligent about his work. I have not received a report or receipt of my payment for the freon refills as of Friday's service. Maybe it's the weekend, but they were quick to give me an estimate on a drain trap safety switch. Again, I will hold my full assessment for a later date.

Recently, I experienced problems with my air conditioning system The assigned technician -- his name is Jason -- was friendly, conversational and yet very professional. He gave the system a thorough check, determined the problem and came up with a fix. He also informed me every step of way. His work made me proud I chose Miller's as my service provider. Thank you, Jason, for your work and attention to detail. It is very much appreciated.

After coming home from a long hot day outside only to find that the a/c in the house stopped working was very frustrating. I called Miller's Home Comfort and they were able to come out the next day and take a look at our system. I got multiple calls leading up to the appointment letting me know the status of arrival. Once the technician, Justin, showed up I showed him where the systems were and told him what little information I knew, he got straight to work. He was so polite and courteous and took the time to explain what needed to be done in order to get me up and running again. I really appreciate the time he took in explaining things. He was able to figure it out and make repairs within a couple hours. Now my house is cool and comfortable again. He even let me know of some additional work to take into consideration in order for my system to stay running for years to come. Thank you so much!

Arthur and Austin were great. They went above and beyond when installing my new water heater. Arthur mopped my floor and cleaned lint from my dryer hose when he noticed it was full. These are the types of technicians you want to come to your home. Millers is lucky to have them as employees. Thank you!!

Scheduled a coil cleaning for our home with the anticipation of warmer weather being around the corner, we inherited an older unit when we purchased our home years ago and it is likely approaching 20 years or so, the technician arrived earlier than planned, which was great for our family and also gave us a very detailed breakdown on how much power and amperage the unit was drawing, and some options to remedy that if we chose. Not pushy at all, we politely declined and he proceeded to thoroughly clean the coils and was on his way, would definitely recommend to others and we will be using Millers Home Comfort again for our system needs.

1st time customer! I went to Miller's because of the advertisements I heard on the radio and how they would send you a Tech vice a salesman. Wow was I impressed with this company! Thier add is SPOT ON! The tech that arrived was extremely knowledgeable, very informative and solved the issue I had. I have used Miller's now and will continue to use them for all of my A/C and Heating as I feel they truly provide the customer the needed services at a excellent cost as well as amazing customer service.

I would recommend this company and their technicians to my family and friends. Starting with the first visit service call, (sorry I forgot his name), however very professional and knowledgeable. Which then led to Ryan coming to explain the system options and cost. Then the installers, all so knowledgeable, professional and polite. They know what they are doing. Jeremy, JJ and Chase. They are all assets to Miller's Heating & Air. They all explained the process and allowed me to ask questions if need be.

My working with the new Miller Oil Co, merged with ET Lawson was excellent!! My technician Aaron B. was almost too good to be true. His diagnosis was spot on, based on the history of my HVAC, and while involving a complete replacement, he was masterful in handling the contract, & financing apps, as well as handling the customer service with my tenant. What a great experience.

Josh was a delightful young man and so persistent and persevering to the end. He had a very challenging set of circumstances getting into my attic and was up and down over the washing machine umpteen times. He was so diligent and has my house cooling down quickly. I would highly recommend Josh. I feel like I've made a new friend.

Miller's came by our house a couple of months ago and helped us figure out what was wrong with our AC. Fast forward a couple months later and they quoted us with the same price. They even helped us with scheduling an appointment and getting a new AC unit installed quickly!Their tech was extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

It's hard to find good plumbers these days. He was very understanding and courteous just an overall great guy. Straight to the point didn't beat around the bush about anything. He knew exactly what he had to do and did it. Don't let this one go. Millers it's hard to find good plumbers these days.

Excellent customer service. Jason came recently with a great attitude and HVAC expertise. He was super professional and courteous. I call and they come immediately, troubleshoot for quality control and fix the issue for free with my purchase contract. Last Summer, I bought a York system with dual fans, stand alone unit and it has saved me hundreds of dollars so far. My winter bill was shockingly low just as they promised. I love them and as long as I’m in 757 they will always have me as a customer.

By far the best service I could’ve asked for. Eric and Chris were very professional, arrived exactly when they said they would, and made the time to answer every question I had. They finished on time with outstanding results. Once they were done, there was no evidence they were even there, aside from shiny new equipment and an extremely comfortable temperature in my home! I would absolutely recommend Millers and especially my install team! I could not be happier!

Having returned from a trip only to find my heating system not working, I made a call to Miller's Heating and Air Conditioning. Appointment was set up and arrived when they said they would. Brian was the technician that came and did the work. Awesome young man and thanks to him the system is back and running.

The tech that came out was on time, friendly and seemed to know his stuff. The receptionist that I talked to was pleasant and able to schedule me in quickly. The only complaint I have (and it’s not really even a complaint) is that the service seemed to be kind of expensive. I’m not sure what the going rate is so I’m not sure if this was a normal price or not but the job was done well and on time so I guess you get what you pay for.

Aaron was such a big great help, would definitely choose Millers again! Only issue is they said if we do same day purchase of unit, we’d get expedited installation. Installation got pushed back over a week the day after I purchased.

The men were excellent in explaining to me in detail the draining problem and what needed to be done to fix the issue. They were very polite and they diligently worked.They were 90 minutes late in coming to my house but they appreciated my patience. It was worth the wait!

I had Robert, Logan and Tylek replace an older water heater pipe in the basement. They were friendly, polite and professional and did a great job. Logan gave an estimate prior to the job and did not go over specified total. I appreciated that they made sure my dog was away from any doors or back gate before they went out for tools or equipment from the truck.

Josh was very thorough and took the time to explain our system to us as well as our options. As a new home owner I so appreciate the attention to detail and the time he took to educate us about our HVAC system during a servicing appointment! I highly recommend!

We’ve been customers of Millers since 2021 and have never had a bad experience! Today we had an appointment for maintenance and cleaning with Walker who was awesome! He cleaned the unit and made sure everything was squared away before the spring and summer season approaches! Though we needed a part ordered, Walker was able to discuss the problem and solution and was very informative and professional! The follow up call from Anna was great as well! I’ll always recommend Millers to anyone. Great service every time!

Awesome customer service. Technician was prompt and on time for his early morning appointment. This was my first inspection/maintenance on my newly purchased home and he walked me through all of the nuances of my A/C system so I could understand what was be done and why. This is my second time using Miller's. I previously had them service my hvac system. This time I had a tankless water heater installed and Miller's provided excellent service. They were easy to contact and Ryan answered all my questions without hesitation. They were swift and tidy. I have zero complaints and will definitely use their services in the future.

I had a rough start with these guys. However, they fixed the issue and they have bounced back beyond my expectations. The techs are sharp, the customer service is helpful and I even had a guy over here today (Leon) who fixed my unit in the rain. He put a tent up and worked for four hours on a Sunday. I would recommend Miller's.

Tim was great, he came out and spent a good amount of time doing a winter seasonal check on our two HVAC units. He took a bunch of pictures and explained everything to us. He let us know what needed to be addressed now and what could be done later. I felt like he was not trying to oversell us on anything we didn’t need. great service and would highly recommend.

Mike, the HVAC technician from Miller Oil competed our first inspection of our Heat Pump since it was installed. He gave me a full explanation of his thorough checklist finding everything to be in good order. I continue to be very pleased with the installation, service, and communications from this company.

Warren arrived today to complete scheduled maintenance. I received a reminder call the day before and a call from him when he was in route. He arrived as stated. Was pleasant and courteous. He did a thorough inspection and addressed my concerns and questions.

I'm very happy to report that Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodeling. Before my move to Williamsburg, I was used to contractors who showed up when they felt like it. They would take a small job, like mine, and then stop in the middle to take a bigger job and one never knew when they would return.The crew at Miller's were great and always on time. They chose items that fitted my health needs as well as the ascetics. I would recommend them to anyone. I now have a beautiful, safe, and functional bathroom that suits all my medical needs and more.

My tech, Aaron Brunson, was awesome!! He called and let me know when he would arrive and he was on time for my boiler inspection. My inspection came with bad news but Aaron took the time to sit down with me and show me pictures of my system and explain it all thoroughly. Aaron Brunson came to my home for the annual maintenance check on my HVAC system. Aaron was very thorough as he examined everything. My system is old and unfortunately, will need to be replaced. Aaron is very knowledgeable and was most kind as he showed me the areas of concern and he was so very patient with me as he answered my many questions. He offered options for repair and replacement and we discussed the pros and cons of each. Once I made the decision to replace the system, Aaron took the time to call Millers and make an appointment for a Sales Rep to come back tomorrow to discuss the system that will work best for my home. I appreciated Aaron’s knowledge, professionalism and kindness. He even put up with my golden retriever following his every footstep demanding that he pet him and throw his tennis ball for him !!! Aaron Brunson was the technician scheduled to do my yearly heater maintenance. He was awesome. There were a couple of issues with my heater that he suggested be taken care of - adjusting the gas pressure settings and install a new programmable digital thermostat. I am impressed with all the features of the new thermostat. In addition, I've problems with receiving telephone calls from Miller's and he suggested how to fix my cell phone and now everything is working great.

The office staff keeps you informed as to when the technician will be there. Gavin is absolutely an amazing young man, very knowledgeable, and you can trust him to do the service and do it correctly! I’ve seen so many technicians who just act like they are working and either mess something up, or don’t even do the service. Not Gavin! So glad I have Miller’s to check on and service my system…TOP NOTCH!! Highly recommend!!!

We were concerned that our newer system was not working to its fullest potential. The Miller's technician that came over made some adjustments and installed a thermostat that was more compatible with our system. Our technician Taron was the best! He took the time to fully diagnose our system and now it is very apparent that it is running efficiently.

I contacted Miller's because I had a lot of heat upstairs and no heat downstairs. I received an immediate appointment that fit my schedule. The scheduleer contacted me the day before to confirm my appointment and the day of to let me know a technician had been dispatched. Gavin promptly arrived and put on booties as to not track outside to the inside. He quickly assessed the issue, took pictures, explained what was happening. He provided me with options that included pricing and longevity of each option. He was quiet, efficient, and worked to resolve my issue. I could feel and immediate difference in temperature in the house! Highly recommend for customer service, efficiency, professionalism, and scheduling!

The text always do a great job. They show you pictures of what's the matter and the Broken Pieces so there's no questions about what's happening. They make sure to give you several updates as they go so you can make decisions about how you want to approach repairs. Gentleman needed to get a part at the store and I'm like some other places he wasn't gone forever. Back within 15 minutes and working again. Overall a great experience

Aaron and Josh were excellent. They explained everything they did and why they did it. Reset system for best performance and took the time to make sure it was working properly. We will definitely keep using Millers and recommend it to our friends.

Had Miller's techs Walker & Mike out today to perform Fall maintenance on our system. From beginning to end of visit, they were professional, courteous, and respectful. They took great care to ensure maintenance was done correctly and completely, even offered to replace our filters, which is a big deal for me. I am getting to be that age where I should really stay off of ladders!! Walker found a problem with an improperly wired safety switch that is designed to shutdown the unit if the condensate drain line becomes clogged. Bottom line, if line had become clogged, we would have had water damage, etc in our attic. It is this attitude that sets Miller's apart from all other HVAC contractors I have worked with. They genuinely care!!!

I am always pleased to provide good feedback for where they companies, and Miller’s is certainly that company. On a routine for a visit, the technician, Terron spent hours working on three units. He found a short in one of the units that was difficult to isolate. He called for help which came fairly quickly and they resolve the problem at minimal expense.Kudos to your team and the technicians that you send, which have all been universally good. They are also polite and clean up after themselves, which is an added bonus!

My Miller Oil maintenance contract now includes not just my oil burner but my A/C-heat pump system (I have dual fuel). So convenient to have both systems covered by same company.Miller Oil quickly scheduled me for service within a day of calling. Aaron was on time and able to replace the part that day. He had my A/C system up and running within the day. I appreciate that Miller Oil sends a technician who has previously worked on my other system. Aaron was polite, answered all my questions, and was thorough in repairing the system and ensuring system and vents were all working properly. Thanks Aaron!

Annual furnace check. Walker was on time and extremely professional. Great technician. Very thorough. Found a very small gas leak. Repair cost was reasonable. Repaired and test sat. Look forward to continuing to use Miller’s

Had Miller's come to take care of what is otherwise a pretty simple problem.The technician was professional, courteous and skilled.They are very responsive in taking care and they have follow-up to boot!I believe this is a solid company that I'll most likely continue to use.We're I going to make a complaint, it is on pricing. That's a 2-edged sword:Pay higher price for skilled, professional help or save a few bucks and deal with a guy that just finished his beer on the way over...not a terribly hard decision to make; obviously pay for the skill.It was rather refreshing to have someone show up on time and have a clue.I recommend Miller's for your HVAC needs. I think you'll be happy.Note: I'm a construction superintendent, I have 45+ years in the trades, I can say that by the example I've been given, Miller's is better than a safe bet.

My husband & I were extremely pleased with the service we received by Walker today. He was very professional and thorough with the inspection of our system. As a result, we feel confident that we are more than ready for winter weather!

My tech (not sure if I can name him or not), was absolutely fantastic! He was very thorough while checking my system and went over everything he found - even showed me pictures for a better visual. He explained several options for me and then completed the work and even helped me get set on a website for my thermostats. He was very professional, neat, considerate and knowledgeable about his trade. I am so please that I called Miller’s and will definitely be getting on the service plan.

From my initial call to Miller's until my technician Leon left, the entire experience was pleasant. Everyone I spoke with was very polite. They called to remind me about the appointment, provided updates on the service date and called prior to arrival. Leon was friendly and polite, was able to fix the immediate problem and advise me of potential future issues. I have nothing negative to say and would recommend Miller's to friends and neighbors.

We made an appointment for a check-up maintenance visit from them back in July and the appointment was made for 9/13. They apologized for the wait (we expected it due to the time of year) and even called once to see if we wanted an earlier day when one became available. The woman I spoke with was always courteous and cheerful. Our tech today, Gavin, was also very professional, arrived on time, and was done with the maintenance on our 2 aging units in just a few hours. He talked me through the processes of what he was doing, showed me pictures of his concerns with parts he felt needed replaced, and answered my questions well and thoroughly. He was also very understanding of our 2 crazy dogs, giving me an extra call to let me know he was close so I could get them out of the house! I highly recommend Gavin and Miller's for their work, professionalism, and responsiveness. If the cost for the work can be found cheaper elsewhere (and I honestly don't know if it would be!), why would you skip professional, timely, and good work to save a few bucks. The bill was honestly right around what we had expected and felt there were no surprises.

Tim was prompt and professional. He explained everything he was doing and what he would recommend. He went above and beyond to make sure our system was providing the best performance possible. Highly rated and recommended!!

Very friendly and professional technician, knowledgeable of task and equipment.Quoted prices for some repairs are inflated. $350 for a capacitor is a bad price and well over-inflated given the low cost of the part and ease of install. Other quoted prices for safety switches seemed more aligned with the complexity of the task. Overall, I trust them to do good work the first time but have to be careful about blindly accepting the quoted prices.

I cannot recommend Miller’s enough! They are always on time, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They have saved us so much money ($3600 to this day) by upgrading the flow of our air handler and they have become our choice technicians to maintain our system. We can rely on their honesty and we do not feel like we are paying for unnecessary things. Tim was our technician today and he went above a beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the maintenance he conducted.

Aaron Brunson is the epitome of what a customer looks for when having issues with the HVAC system. His manner and work ethic are far and above any other tech I've ever had work on my system. Jeremy and Brandon installed our new AC & furnace/heat pump today, they did an excellent job. They were prompt and professional. Explained everything and showed us how to work everything. They cleaned up any evidence they were here and left our house and yard just as they found it. I would give them 10/10 for sure! We would definitely use Millers again for a new system. The office communication was frequent and pleasant. And they kept us aware of everything that was going on.

Miller's was outstanding. I had a new furnace put in to replace a 35-year-old unit and I had a new AC put in to replace a 15-year-old unit. George was great,he came out on Sunday 6/18/23, and gave a very clear concise estimate.He was very professional,courteous,respectful and quite informative. Anthony and Jau arrived Wednesday morning 6/21/23 to install the units,I was told it would be a two-day job. Words cannot adequately describe or express my overall satisfaction with the two young men who came to do the installation. I am very particular about my home and the contents of it,once I explained that to the installers they went above and beyond to accommodate my concerns and adhere to my instructions.They were professional,considerate, understanding and just overall amazing in the way they performed their duties when installing the equipment,keep in mind it rained off and on for the two days that they were here and when they left it was as if they had never been in my home nothing was Disturbed or out of place. I merely had to put back the things I had moved in order for them to be able to do their job without any obstructions upon the completion of the install. Anthony and Jay went above and beyond to make sure I was very well satisfied with everything that they did, if I could give these two guys 10✨ Stars, I would because in my personal opinion Miller needs to do whatever they have to to keep them employed. It is hard to find trust the advertising commercials that companies put out boasting about how good they are. So when Logan showed up to service my HVAC unit, I was eager to see if Miller Home Comforts sent me a service technician or a sale representative disguised as a service technician. I am pleased to know that Logan was a bonified service technician that had a clear understanding of of the job he was hired to perform. Logan was polite, tidy, and professional. I have to mention that I was truly impressed with how Miller Home Comfort Inc technicians keep their vehicles equipped with parts complete some minor repairs. I would easily recommend Miller Home Comfort to anyone.

Tim was AMAZING! Very professional, kind, helpful, informative, and most of all HONEST! My husband and I can not be happier with him and the entire experience we had with Millers. I loved that he gave honest updates about our home system and did not try to sell us things we did not need. Office staff is not the most courteous..despite proof of no calls or voicemails, Office aregued and had attitudes saying they called and left messages. Newer Techs didn't seem to fully know what to do, despite supposedly fully trained before going into a home. Tech didn't realize / know to not to step off the Support Beams in attic and put foot thru ceiling. Office wouldn't let Tech finish installation the next day, so sent additional Tech to help, however they left at 5 or 530, leaving head Tech to finish (took an additional 2 hrs). He still didn't finish and rushed at the end, and didn't complete the work. Someone new Had to come back next day and seemed he didnt fully know what needed to be done, even though he said he had ahh the info. Seemed lots of miss communication. Having issues already and it's only been 4 months since install.

Miller's Heating and Air Conditioning were outstanding. We needed a complete HVAC system replacement - ducts, heat pumps, thermostats, everything top to bottom.Megan and Olivia at Miller's office were very responsive throughout the whole process. They sent a field supervisor to evaluate the necessary work as soon as we made the initial call. Eric offered different options, detailing efficiency, pricing, etc, and explaining the benefits of each option. We were able to make an informed decision, which suited our needs and our budget. We were particularly happy that installation could be done that very same week.As promised, Miller's teams came on time and were able to finish the work on both systems, upstairs and downstairs, in two and a half days. Their lead installer, Ray, was very knowledgeable and professional ‐ not only was he efficient and thorough with the installation, but he knew what needed to be improved, and corrected many issues that existed with our old system, including some unexpected electrical wiring problems.On the last day, just as the team was finishing their work, our neighborhood lost power. Ray and his team completed what they could and were kind to stay for a few hours, hoping we'd get power back in time. Unfortunately, we didn't get our power back until 5:00 pm that day, so Miller's worked with us and sent a technician late that evening to complete the final check-ups and tests. Jesse came after 7:00 pm and we were so grateful he was willing to extend his already long day to finish our system. He performed the necessary tests and adjustments quickly and efficiently, and thanks to him and Miller's excellent organization and flexibility, we had our new system up and running perfectly and on time despite the unforeseen power hitch.All in all, we couldn't be happier with Miller's Heating and Air Conditioning. Don't hesitate to call them; they have our wholehearted recommendation.

Miller’s was very kind to work with my work schedule to receive maintenance. The technician who came out (Logan) called in advance to his arrival. He was extremely knowledgeable on the oil furnace system I have and walked me through everything I should be looking for as well as answered all of my questions. He was very professional and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience! He was even as kind as to get the scheduler on the phone to set up follow on appt before he departed. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.

Aaron the technician called us and let us know that he was on his way. He arrived early and made sure he put on shoe covers, which was appreciated. He explained the parts he was replacing and advised that when he finished he would be checking the heating system to ensure everything was working properly. He explained about signing up for a service plan and that it would give us a discount on today's service. He was very professional and answered all our questions. Tim was amazing! He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The things he didn't know, he reached out to his supervisor. Tim was not overly pushy about any repairs or additional services. He recommended several things and also connected us with a manager to look at our duct work. I would recommend Tim to anyone needing HVAC services. The heat stopped working, so I called Miller's to have them come out and look at it. Tim came out and we are very pleased with his work. He determined what the issue was in a timely manner and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. He ordered the part and came out to install it when it came in. He bared the cold weather and work diligently until the heat was working again. Tim was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his work. Jesse was an excellent service tech. After troubleshooting my 28 year old system he got it working again. With a toddler and a newborn in the house he suggested we look at replacing the unit with something more reliable. He explained everything clearly and got us set up with a much more efficient unit at a reasonable price with great financing options.Olivia in the office was very professional and easy to talk to. She explained everything and set up the install date quickly. She gave us all of her contact information and told us if we had any questions we could call, email, or even text her!The installers Najee, Arliss, and Tim were prompt and professional during the install. Miller's Heating & Air are just lovely people. We needed a simple routine maintenance for our A/C unit. Tim was personable, really patient at explaining things (I ask lots of questions), and direct in saying exactly what he was going to do and where he would need access to do it. There were a few scheduling issues from our original booking date, both on our end and Miller's end, but Kim in the office was a pro at re-working days and time slots that worked for everyone. As someone with a background in admin, I judge a company by how the office staff interacts with me; her friendly demeanor, patience, and follow through was excellent and has me committed to Miller's.

I called Miller's after hours on a Friday for a A/C problem. I received a call 730 Saturday morning from a very friendly admin person, letting me know they would be sending someone out. A tech (Aaron) was at my house by 830 Saturday morning. Diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes and had it repaired in another 15. Aaron was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use Miller's again and will recommend them to others. Thanks everyone! MILLERS!!!!

Had Miller's come out and look at our A/C. Everything was quickly and efficiently fixed. Ryan was our tech, and he took care of the few minor issues that were wrong with the system that got our A/C in working condition again. Because of the minor issues, there was no added expense outside of the diagnostic fee. Another company wanted me to pay a large amount to have these small problems addressed. He made some suggestions on things we can do, but there was no added pressure to commit to doing these things. We really appreciated Ryan and his work. He was incredibly friendly and professional, and we hope that Miller's appreciates him as well.

Water was leaking from the ceiling in the master bedroom. Called Miller's heating and air. They dispatched a tech the same day (I really appreciated that). Tech Aaron Brunson came to my house 2 hours after I called. He was professional, respectful of my home, knew immediately how to proceed and was able to fix the leaking a/c unit quickly. He kept me informed what was going on and how he proceeded, instead of the other company I had last month who was only interested in pushing a complete a/c install on me. I was also very surprised at the cost of the repair. Much lower what some other companies wanted. Thank you Aaron and thank you Miller's Heat and air. Next issue I have, you will be the first to call.

I have to brag and say what a great decision I made having Millers come out to help diagnose my a/c! The original issue was the upstairs being significantly warmer than downstairs. I would freeze downstairs trying to cool the upstairs. The repair technician was amazing! He took the time to listen to what I had to say and really hear what I was saying. He took a look at every aspect of the system to make sure it was running smoothly. And even after we thought he was done having made some adjustments, he took further time to listen when I mentioned the fan was acting up. I ended up having to get a new motor for the fan and the price was very reasonable, lower than I was expecting. Not once did I get the impression the tech was just trying to make money for the company.

Aaron was great. He arrived when he said he would and was nothing but professional. Not once did he try to sell me in anything. He was honest and personable. After hearing about Millers on the radio every morning and reading a couple reviews - they come as advertised. Highly recommend.

We needed a new heating and cooling system installed. We made contact with Miller’s and Eric Garner came to our house. He was really knowledgeable and professional when presenting the different options that would be the best fit for our house. After making the decision to use Miller’s Ray the lead service tech and his team showed up on time and works for two (2) days and completed a complete tear-out and install of our new systems which included both gas and a heat pump multi-zone units. The entire process exceeded our expectations both quality of work and professionalism of the staff while in our home was exceptional. At the completion of all work performed Ray explained all the new functions and operations. He stayed and made sure all systems were operating within normal levels and our house was clean and in order. We can’t say enough good things about Miller’s and the organization of the process. What a great experience! With such a high cost item of a new HVAC system, you definitely want people you can trust. Every step of the way, from the quote to the van pulling away at the end of the job, I had total faith in this team. Our new system is working so well, we actually had to go up a few degrees on our set temp (which is a good thing!) The install guys were courteous, professional, and quick. Our installers had immediately put us on a yearly service charge, but we felt it excessive, and declined. Five years after installation, we felt we needed to have our unit serviced, but the installers of our unit would not return our calls after we questioned their high annual service fees, which were excessive. We want to thank Miller Oil, and Jesse Sloan, for helping us, as our filter needed changing, etc. As our choice for an outside company, we could not have been more pleased. Today we had our unit checked over by Jesse. He was personable, likeable, and very informative about all aspects of our unit. He was timely in getting to our house, and he answered all of our questions about our Carrier HVAC unit. Cannot be more pleased with the service Miller Oil has provided. Miller Oil is our choice now, and we thank you, Jesse!

Jake came out and diagnosed our system as we were looking for a second opinion. He was extremely thorough and explained the process as he went through. He almost immediately came to a different conclusion than our first diagnostic from a different company and he was able to repair the system and getting it running again quickly without having to replace any costly parts or the whole system. My boiler system needed a repair, as it was leaking natural gas. The customer service representative scheduled me their next available appointment, short notice. My technician, Ryan, was very knowledgable about the system, did the repair quickly, and since I recently acquired the property he went over the details of how my boiler worked and how to maintain it. Additionally he checked some wires that were exposed near the boiler to ensure there was no electricity running through them, and assisted me in diagnosing what was wrong with my gas fireplace which wasn't lighting, at no charge! I've never had this great of customer service from a home service company. I will be using Millers for all of my future heating and cooling needs. Great experience and fair prices!

We attempted to swap thermostats in our new apartment, and an error message populated for redundant wiring. I called Millers HVAC in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment early next morning. The repairman Jesse was extremely professional and efficient. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

Aaron came by today to service my HVAC. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Aaron was able to show me problems I didn’t even know existed (which explained a lot about other issues I was having in my home). He offered solutions and took his time to explain the process and resolve my HVAC issues promptly. Aaron is professional courteous and extremely helpful, a serious asset to Miller Co! Aaron was the best!! He called before he came and was right on time. Super knowledgeable and thoroughly explained each step of what he was doing/looking for. Aaron was the ultimate pro in helping us understand why our brand new house wasn’t heating evenly; not to mention on time, professional and courteous. He took one look at things and knew exactly what to do and how to do it, even taking pictures to show us what he was talking about. We wouldn’t trust anyone else! He knew inspection codes and how to fix mistakes others had clearly neglected, and finished up by mentioning their maintenance plans they offer. We passed his name along to everyone in our neighborhood!

Aaron, our technician was wonderful. He arrived within the window of time promised. He took time to fully explain the problem and offered 3 options, based on cost, with what to do for repairs. Our heat cut our last night and was just pushing cool air. Contacted Miller's first thing in the morning and Aaron was sent to help us out. He was communicative, informative, professional, and very helpful. He explained and showed the source of the issue and presented viable options of service to fix the problem immediately and in the long run. Awesome service and knowledgeable technician! My boiler system was not working at all - and is “vintage” so it’s hard to find someone who can repair it on short notice. Not only were they able to work me in for same day service, they sent a Sr. Tech who quickly figured out the issue and got things working again.

The team took our concerns to heart. They were very professional and responded quickly to any concerns or questions. Options were explained thoroughly. We are very pleased with the turnaround, quality and professionalism of the team.

Contacted Millers for the first time to help me with problems I was having with the boiler system. They were quick to identify the issues and helped me better understand how the system worked. They scheduled the service in a timely manner, the service tech showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and experienced. Only wish the previous homeowner used Millers to begin with.

I was having trouble with my hot water supply. The dispatcher got a tech, Ryan, out to me within an hour. He was polite and efficient in diagnosing the issue: a broken valve. The service was great and affordable.

The technician was curtious, professional, and attentive to detail. Arrived on time with even a prior phone call to alert me to his pending arrival. There were no issues that need improvement nor attention.

Just purchased a home in Norfolk. Miller's was the company the prior owner was using for its annual maintenance. I called them up, to continue and talk about my plans and options, and everyone I spoke with was awesome. A big shout out to Ms. Pat, as I spoke with her the most and all conversations were great. The senior service technician, Aaron Brunson, called me prior to coming out, showed up on time and was professional and nice throughout the whole interaction. I have no prior experience with an oil boiler, so he took the time to explain the whole system and what he was going to do. I'm definitely going to be utilizing them for my needs!

I LOVE this company. Mike did an excellent and very thorough job of servicing both of our units while simultaneously teaching my son and I about the features of our units.
