Tim was amazing! We bought an older home 3 years ago. We could not test the boiler at the home inspection because it was winterized. We had a heat pump installed since there was no central air, so we relied upon that for our first three winters. We were considering having the boiler removed, but before we did so, I called Miller’s to see if the system would even still work. He tested our tank, wired the boiler which had been disconnected, replaced a pressure gage and filter, tested our system,.... and now we have oil heat! Professional and knowledgeable service. So grateful to have a reliable secondary heating system for the coldest months. Thank you Miller and thank you Tim!

Received the bad news that my 80 year old radiator pipes under the house had exhausted their life. So I purchased a ductless mini-split system from Miller's. Their folks were accommodating and efficient with their install and removal of the old equipment and patient with my barrage of questions. It's not the kind of thing I would want to do again owing to the expense but they have my endorsement should one have such a need.

I LOVE this company. Mike did an excellent and very thorough job of servicing both of our units while simultaneously teaching my son and I about the features of our units. Thank you so much for your honest and efficient service. We will definitely be calling Miller Air Conditioning & Heating in the future.

I had an appointment for my annual maintenance set for 9:30 to 11:00 AM. At 11:15 AM and no Technician I called Miller and asked if I had the wrong day or time. I was told I had the right day and time, but the Technician had to take care of someone whose heater was out. I can understand that, since mine was working. However it would have been nice to have called me and let me know they would be late. He finally came about 1:30 PM. And was very polite and I feel he did what he was supposed to. This was my first experience with Miller, sorry it left me feeling not so important to them.

Robert and his helpers were very knowledgeable about my heating needs. He answered many questions and was very kind and they did a great job. He came back a second time to give some advice for an addition I was doing. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.
