HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Company

I called 9/3/26. The lady that answered the phone was kind and courteous. She set up an appointment for a tech to come out the next day 9/4/26 to look at our system. The tech (Matt) that came out was very kind and helpful in explaining that our system was too old and needed to be replaced. He answered our technical questions and set up an appointment for a supervisor come out and discuss our options moving forward with a new system the next day. We paid $109 for the tech to come out and this includes the visit from the supervisor for tomorrow. **UPDATE** 9/5/26 David came out to discuss out pricing options. He was prompt, kind, courteous, and honest. He looked everything over again and came back (15mins) quickly with what our options were. Unfortunately our cheapest option was $16K for both A/C (2.5 ton) & Heating brand new systems, lines, and some duct work for a 1165 sq ft house. Not something we can readily afford. They do have great financing options but it’s a lot to take in before making a final decision. We plan do a little more research before making a decision.

TJ and Cody did a phenomenal plumbing repair outside in the heat. We really appreciated their professionalism and down to earth way of explaining their process. Thank you so much!

Millers Heating & Air Conditioning is A+++. The best decision me and my wife made was selecting Millers first to inspect our newly purchased home which had original 2004 HVAC system. We then met Aaron the same day, who assisted us with selecting the Best HVAC Heat Pump + Furnace package for our needs. Then the next Morning Everette, and Phillip came to our home and completed an expert installation of our complete HVAC system. These Techs were The ' A Team ', smart, technical, courteous, and neat. They completed everything in one complete day which I considered extraordinary. You can't go wrong with Millers Heating & Conditioning in a crunch they answer there phone, dispatch honest reliable assistance, and I checked pricing in the market, Millers has competitive pricing, and the have top Name Manufacture Brands. They continue to support your service needs, so you never have to worry about any upcoming issues. We are Happy Campers !

On time, thorough inspection of the heat pump. Honest about repairs. Would definitely recommend and I will use again.

Installed a Water Shut off system. TJ and Cody did the install on time, as scheduled and did an excellent job. Service manager Scott talked me through the process and what I should expect, help me sort through alternatives and clearly explained the pros and cons. Very pleased with the Miller Team and recommend them highly.

Mike and Shaun showed up on short notice to work on a busted water heater that occurred while we were on vacation. While the unit couldn't be repaired, they discovered it was still under manufacture warranty and took care of the process for us. They worked hard to find the most cost effective solution for us. Excellent service!

Shawn and Mike came out to take care of a plumbing issue we were having and they were wonderful to work with. They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Their expertise on the issue gave us a lot of faith that they could fix the problem.
