Michael came out the same day that our AC went out, and he worked so hard to get our unit back online. We ended up needing a new unit, but it definitely helped us sleep at night knowing that he tried everything he could! However, when the supervisor gave us a quote for the new unit, he failed to let us know until AFTER the contract was signed that we would be without AC for more than a week, preventing us from getting other quotes and, more importantly, potentially getting our toddler out of a 90° house sooner.

AC stopped blowing cold air all of a sudden. I trouble shot within my skill set, but no success. I called Millers and they were able to have a repair tech out with 48 hours. Which is great because we live in a rural area. The Technician Josh was knowledgeable and very professional taking the time to explain what the problem was and how he was going to repair it. I would highly recommend Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning, both for regular maintenance and repairs. Their prices are fair and the staff well trained. They also never try up sell you anything. Before doing any work they give a full cost breakdown with options to do as much or as little as you the customer chooses.

I would like to recognize Tyree from Miller’s Heating & Air Conditioning for another outstanding service experience. Tyree arrived exactly as scheduled on a Sunday afternoon during the summer, which I greatly appreciated. Earlier this year, before the hot weather arrived, he performed a complimentary HVAC inspection of both my upstairs attic unit and the older outdoor condenser. Since the weather was still cool at that time, the air conditioning system never had an opportunity to cycle on, so there was no way to observe the outdoor condenser fan motor operating under normal conditions. When my air conditioner recently began blowing warm air, I specifically requested Tyree through Miller’s Energy’s after-hours dispatch because I was so impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and technical knowledge during his previous visit. Tyree thoroughly evaluated the system and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty condenser fan motor. He clearly explained his findings in plain language, answered my questions with patience, and let me know he would research pricing and availability for the replacement motor before having the office contact me with the next steps. I never felt pressured—only informed and respected. What impressed me most is Tyree’s humility, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job correctly. It’s refreshing to work with a technician who combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service. Michael was in on time and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately for me, my 17year old system needed several repairs that was well over 50% of a replacement system and at least 4 weeks for parts.
