Amazing service! I have had issues with my HVAC system condensating at the my ductwork for two years, used multiple other company’s that tried to find an issue and couldn’t. I had Michael come out from Miller’s and do everything he could to find our issue. After a couple minutes he had found that our unit wasn’t installed properly, he educated me on my system and explained the proposed repairs at a level I could understand. He did not try to sell me every service available trying to rack up the charges unlike other companies that I have used in the past. He came out the next day and completed all repairs and now my a/c is back to running great and no condensation issues. I 100% will be recommending this company every chance I can!

Michael was right on time, courteous, professional, and took the time to walk me through his service visit and show me…not just tell me what he was seeing. I appreciated the time and his no pressure guidance!

Today we had our thankless water heater cleaned. They did a great job. The two fellows checked all the bathrooms plumbing. We had replaced all underneath the sinks after my kitchen sink had a leak. Everything seems to be okay. I do think your prices are high since I do have your contracts too for sur conditioning and plumbing.

Technician went above and beyond with service and diagnosis. Outside fan had to be replaced due to wear over time. Replacement parts arrived in timely manner. Although I think the overall cost was a but pricey, I truly believe that you get what you pay for. Preventive maintenance is key for peace of mind.

Super professional and nice. Didn't pressure me for anything but did make suggestions. Showed me what I could do myself if I had issues in the future.

Michael serviced our unit here in Hampton Va yesterday and after looking for any leaks verified an air pressure issue and took care of a lower Freon issue as well and our unit had the house comfortably cooling and back to normal ac temps by the time we went to sleep that night. He was thorough and diligent with his walk through the house with coming to a conclusion on the issue. The quick turn around and break down of report was awesome as well to keep track of what’s been worked on in our unit for the future. I’d recommend asking for Michael moving forward. He had a quick response time getting out to us and he had our unit working efficiently in a short amount of time as well. We signed up for a plan with Miller’s as well for annual assistance.

Quick and easy service from the time I called and spoke to the office to when the technicians arrived. They were able to get out to the house within a day of calling, even during the hottest week of the year. Clear communication and customer service. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we used Miller's Heating and Air Conditioning and they would be our choice for any other plumbing or, hopefully not HVAC since it's a year old, anything else we may need. They stand by their work and we appreciate them. Today Ben and Zander replaced our old water heater, a new toilet and fixed up our other toilet. Respectful and hard working young men both of them! Dave was the best! It was 100 degrees, and two days before the big 250th Anniversary Holiday weekend. Three little girls and their mom who is expecting their 4th little girl in two weeks lost their AC. Dad works at the Newport News shipyard helping build America's fleet. Kimmy answered the phone and dispatched what must be one of your best to the scene. Dave assessed the situation, offered two very reasonable options for a 13-year old system. He then implemented the decided strategy by running out to get all the parts, and was back and had them all installed before leaving for the day well after 6PM. I can only imagine how early he must have started his day. Clearly he went above and beyond the all in this case. Thanks, Dave, for your superb performance for us! You saved (soon to be) 5 ladies in distress. No one else could have done that. We had all our hopes riding on you ad you came through with flying colors. The girls are now cool and comfy and most thankful for Miller's fine employees. If we could have given you an 11 we would have!
