HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Company

Showed up very quick late in the day. Major wiring problem with the system. They were able to get the system working to cool down the house. They plan to be back early next week to do a full fix. Very polite and took their time to make sure my house was cooled.

The system went dead in the middle of the night with a +100-degree forecast. Miller's had a tech respond the following afternoon and isolated a faulty control board on a 20-year-old system. Needed a quick fix with family in town. They located a local replacement part and had the system up and running the next day, with excellent advice on future replacement options. The tech was super proactive, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Excellent service both from the business end and the technical support end. Highly recommend them.

Jon, was great. He explained what he found and why my new unit wasn’t cooling my bedroom. He took pictures to show me the problem. He also took the time to show me what I missed in the settings of my new unit. Jon and Rob suggested to me why it is better just to set both winter and summer and leave it to the unit. Cole from Miller’s was awesome. I had another HVAC company come by a few weeks before. They didn’t do have the maintenance and tried to sell me items I didn’t need. Cole from Millers did the maintenance noticed some mold, took pictures of the area affected area and made recommendation. Cole didn’t try to up sell me anything and I feel confident that the job was done correctly.

Last week, I noticed there was a puddle in my garage after a rainstorm. I called a roofer, and he said it was likely a leak at my rooftop heater vent (and only HVAC guys deal with those). Anyway, I called Millers because keep hearing their ridiculous but catchy commercials on WNOR. Brad and Vitalii showed up, and were very professional and polite, despite the fact they were roasting from the heat after inspecting my attic. They determined that I didn’t need my flashing redone—just an adjustment and recaulking. It cut my bill in half, which was nice. I appreciated their honesty—clearly they aren’t out trying to cash in on unnecessary repairs. Thanks, dudes!

Michael Scanlon from Miller’s Heating and Air Conditioning saves the day!!! We started experiencing AC issues a day and a half ago. My wife is 35 weeks pregnant, so obviously we can’t have that. We came across Miller’s as a recommendation from a friend, and so we reached out today to see if they could come take a look at our system. We were informed someone would be at our home between 12-6pm. Michael showed up around 3pm, to look at our system, and had our system back up and running by 6pm….this included having to run out for parts, taking our fan completely apart, replacing the motor, etc. exceptionally impressive for having to do all that work in heat. Michael was incredibly professional and courteous. Michael explained everything he fixed/replaced and why. They should consider calling the company Michael’s Heating and Air Conditioning because he should be standard for what a heating and AC company should be.

I was looking for someone to come in and service my HVAC System, clean the coils, and perform any maintenance that might be needed. Even though the other places I talked to knew what I was looking for, they kept setting me up for system tune ups which was looking the system over, providing me with feedback, and if any service was required I would need to set another appointment for someone to come back out to perform the required maintenance. Kimberley listened to me, answered all my questions, even explained about their maintenance program, then proceeded to set me up with an appointment. When Jake our Service tech arrived, he was polite, courteous, and very professional. He performed the maintenance on our HVAC system, advised Us of a potential problem that with our approval he was able to quickly fix. So far we are impressed with our service and would recommend Millers Home Comfort.
